§ 1-8.1. Penalty provision of code amended.

Latest version.

Wherever there appears in the "Selma Code" a penalty or punishment for the violation of an ordinance and a maximum fine set therein is one hundred dollars ($100.00) be and the same is hereby amended so that the maximum fine of punishment will the five hundred dollars ($500.00).
